How it works.

The Leicht Bewegt program takes you to a moving workday in five easy steps.

Before you get started, make sure here if your company is ready to include light movement in everyday office life and if it is currently the right time for a change. If it's not currently a good time, due to restructuring or vacation time, for example, don't worry. You can start the program at any time, as it suits your company and your team.

1. Convincing the management level.

Only with the management level on board you have a tailwind for the successful implementation of the Leicht Bewegt program. We support you with good arguments.

2. As-is analysis: Knowing the starting point

We help you get a sound impression of the sit-stand-move behavior and stand-move culture in your department. Quick & anonymous.

3. Planning and preparing

You now know your team's starting point and are preparing to launch the Leicht Bewegt program. We support you with the planning.

4. Moving more.

The change begins. Together you develop strategies to sit still less and move more. You will receive a multimedia information package from us that will equip you and your team with practical tips and knowledge

5. Measuring success.

Do you want to know what changes the program has brought? We have prepared the appropriate evaluation methods for you.
